Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience and recent experience in a Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments organization.
• Recent experience selling a Mobile Financial Service and a strong understanding of digital payments, digital wallets, and financial ecosystems.
• Proven success closing complex, high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target market in USA and customer segments through proactive outreach and disciplined pipeline creation.
• Drive consultative and solution selling by understanding customer business needs and shaping value-led propositions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate customer outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to shape and win deals.
