Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Mobile Financial Services in North America. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals to position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure.

You will develop ecosystems, drive multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to win deals while maintaining strong relationships with executives.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in mobile financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital payments ecosystems.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Successful close of complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Generate net-new business across USA target markets and strategic accounts.
• Drive consultative, value-led selling and shape proposals.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to win deals.
