Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business in Mobile Financial Services across North America.

You will identify opportunities, open new accounts, and close complex, high-value deals, shaping strategic partnerships with financial institutions and fintechs. You will lead end-to-end sales processes, develop compelling business cases, and engage senior stakeholders to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales in fintech or payments.
Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies.
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and shape deals.
Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across target US markets and key segments.
Drive consultative, value-led selling to address customer priorities.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
Develop compelling business cases and proposals to articulate outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
