Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Mobile Financial Services in a hybrid role. You will drive new business growth, open strategic accounts, and close complex deals across the North America region.

The role reports to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas and requires frequent cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end sales, building value-driven proposals, and establishing executive relationships with financial

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience
Recent experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments
Ability to close complex, high-value deals
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs
Willingness to travel ~50% of the time

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across target US markets and key segments
Drive consultative, value-led proposals to address customer priorities
Manage a self-sourced pipeline and end-to-end sales cycles
Lead deals from prospecting through negotiation and handover to delivery
Build business cases and commercial proposals highlighting outcomes and Ericsson differentiation
Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and tech functions
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals
Represent Ericsson at client engagements and industry events
