Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Mobile Financial Services across North America. The role centers on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals with strategic clients in fintech and payments.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, orchestrate multi-functional teams, and manage end-to-end sales while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services/fintech/payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital payments ecosystems.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound/sales roles.
• Successful closing of complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders across functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA and selected segments.
• Drive consultative selling by understanding customer needs and shaping value propositions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
