Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

This role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing multi-million-dollar platform or services engagements. You will position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure, collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, and legal teams, and report to the MFS Head of Market Development –

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments
• Recent experience selling Mobile Financial Services and understanding of digital payments ecosystems
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA and key segments
• Drive solution selling by shaping value-led propositions for digital financial infrastructure
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and strategic accounts
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals to differentiate Ericsson
