Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across North America. This hybrid role requires building strategic accounts, shaping value-led propositions, and closing multi-million-dollar engagements with financial institutions and fintechs.

You will report to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas and collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, payments, or Mobile Financial Services.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Generate net-new business across the USA through proactive outreach and targeted accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and value narratives to articulate outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline, qualification, and CRM accuracy; travel ~50%.
