Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in North America for the Mobile Financial Services portfolio. The hybrid role requires onsite presence part of the week at various U.S. offices and travel up to half the time to win high-value deals.

You will build strategic opportunities, position Ericsson as a partner for digital financial infrastructure, and lead end-to-end sales while collaborating with product, delivery, legal, and finance teams.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital payments.
Track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience closing complex, high-value deals.
Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across US target markets and build a strong pipeline.
Lead consultative sales, articulate value propositions, and address customer priorities.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Drive large, multi-million-dollar platform or services deals.
Develop business cases and commercial proposals that differentiate Ericsson.
Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across functions.
Collaborate with product, pre‑sales, delivery, legal and finance to win deals.
Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
Maintain high-quality pipeline, qualification, and CRM accuracy.
