Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Enterprise Analytics team. This hybrid role supports on-site collaboration four days a week with one remote day, driving analytics that influence business decisions and outcomes.

You will work with stakeholders to define metrics, develop semantic models, and guide AI-enabled analytics that empower teams and improve data literacy across the P&C division.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in business analysis, analytics development, BI, data modeling or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into analytic products with measurable outcomes.
• Practical use of AI-assisted tools; ML modeling not required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex issues and translate questions into analytic requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business concepts, measures, and rules.
• Design and maintain reusable semantic models for reporting and self-service analytics.
• Create metadata and data definitions to guide AI-enabled tools.
• Develop end-user guidance and training for analytic products.
• Monitor adoption, quality, performance, and business impact of analytics.
