Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Complete AINS 21 and 22 (First and Second in AINS Designation).
• Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification preferred at hire; must complete within 3 months if not earned.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate work meetings, ask the right questions, and communicate requirements and testing results clearly.
• Build a shared understanding of problems, outline project parameters, and determine solutions.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in insurance data and operations.
• Act as intermediary among clients, developers, users, management, and IT.
• Assess multiple options before guiding the team toward a solution with data-driven judgment.
• Develop and maintain dynamic visualizations and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Work with multi-source databases to deliver data and analytics for visualization projects.
• Automate data processes to improve reporting efficiency.
• Utilize DAX and other advanced analytical techniques to build robust data models and calculations.
• Support the transition to an analytics-driven organization as a change agent.
