Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in analytics, reporting, or BI roles with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily data team operations, ensuring efficient workflows and quality outputs.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a team of analysts, supporting career growth and performance.
• Collaborate with analytics peers, IT, and business partners to align priorities and deliver high-impact analytics.
