Rasa is hiring an Outbound BDR to drive pipeline across enterprise accounts in a fully remote US role. This position suits someone with 1+ years in SaaS BDR/SDR, who will partner with AEs, target senior buyers, and learn enterprise deal dynamics.

You will research accounts, qualify opportunities, and maintain a high activity level, including outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, while tracking in Salesforce.

Qualifications

1+ years in a SaaS SDR/BDR role.
Bias towards action and coachability.
Ability to research accounts and identify leads.
Experience engaging executives in enterprise contexts.
Familiarity with AI tools and open source/ML concepts.
Proven track record in building relationships with senior buyers and partners.

Responsibilities

Represent the Rasa brand and provide an exceptional experience for prospects.
Research accounts, identify leads, and qualify new opportunities.
Maintain a high volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, social).
Track interactions and pipeline in Salesforce.
Evangelize Rasa’s platform, mission, and vision.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the funnel.
