Job summary

Jobgether partners with a US-based company to recruit a Senior Business Development Representative for a remote-first, growth-focused environment. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and create high-quality sales conversations to feed Account Executives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS business.

Expect to manage a diverse pipeline from inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and re-engagement campaigns, using AI-driven research and personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in BDR/SDR roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Comfort with AI tools for research and personalization.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach.
• Strong communication, time management, and high-volume activity.
• Proactive, coachable, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline with outbound and recycled leads.
• Execute outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools for research, personalization, and outreach efficiency.
• Meet targets: 50–60 daily outreaches; 14 opportunities/month; fast inbound responses.
• Build relationships and collaborate with marketing and Account Executives.
• Continuously improve outreach strategies and processes.
