SafetyChain Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to advance our sales pipeline. You will engage inbound MQLs, manage outbound prospects, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

This senior role emphasizes AI-assisted research, creative outreach, and rapid appointment setting to drive revenue growth. You’ll operate in a remote-first environment, with occasional in-person touchpoints for quarterly reviews or team events, and you'll join a growing BDR

Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in BDR/SDR or similar role.
Willing to experiment with new tools and outreach approaches to generate pipeline.
Experience using AI tools to improve outreach quality and efficiency.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high lead volume.

Responsibilities

Engage with inbound MQLs and manage outbound pipeline to create qualified opportunities.
Qualify prospects, nurture early interest, and set high-quality appointments for Account Executives.
Manage relationships and lead you through the top of the funnel.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
