Job summary

Bioz is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities across global markets from a fully remote team. You will own outbound prospecting, craft email sequences, LinkedIn touchpoints, and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in B2B tech prospecting, strong English communication, and a bias for action, resilience, and curiosity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in B2B technology prospecting.
• Proven experience building pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound sales motions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback in a team.
• High energy, resilience, curiosity, and a desire to learn and win.
• Reliable remote work setup with discipline and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified new business opportunities across global markets through outbound prospecting (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calls, trade shows).
• Identify, prioritize, and nurture high-potential prospects in scientific research product suppliers.
• Understand each prospect’s business needs and communicate insights to Account Executives.
• Articulate Bioz’s value proposition, AI capabilities, badges, and data solutions to match priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share feedback and improve processes.
