Qualifications

• 3+ years in BDR/SDR or sales development (B2B/B2C).
• Proven high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Experience with remote work and US/UK-based clients; proficient with collaboration tools.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert to sales-ready opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations to assess needs, pain points, and fit.
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, leads, and outcomes.
• Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks.
