Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment. This remote role supports B2B and B2C markets with US time zones (EST–PST).

You will own pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, lead discovery, and handoffs to the closing team, while maintaining CRM records. Strong communication, multi-channel outreach, and experience with Salesforce or HubSpot are required; remote work

• Experience in B2B and/or B2C outbound sales.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound and inbound activity.
• Remote work experience with collaboration tools.
• Proven outbound cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication; pipeline-focused.
• Senior or mentorship experience in sales.
• Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools.
• Multi-channel outreach and messaging testing experience.
