Job summary

One Model Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to build, lead, and scale a global BDR team, with responsibility for pipeline generation and outbound/inbound orchestration.

This remote United States role reports to Sales and Marketing leadership and emphasizes coaching, process design, and measurable results. You will coach both outsourced and internal BDRs, run your own plays, and drive quarterly business reviews with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in outbound business development, including leadership of a BDR/SDR team.
• Proven ability to build process, cadences, territory design, and quota structures.
• Experience applying AI tools to sales workflows including outreach QA and analytics.
• Experience selling to HR leaders and HR tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish pipeline management framework with KPIs and reporting.
• Own BDR metrics end to end including dashboards and data hygiene.
• Forecast weekly pipeline and communicate to teams and leadership.
• Quality assurance for BDR outreach using AI tooling and coaching at scale.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive outbound and inbound programs.
• Mentor and develop BDR team with training and tailored growth plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new BDR talent across territories.
