Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager for Mobile Financial Services in North America. You will drive new business, open accounts, and close complex, high-value deals while positioning Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure.

You will collaborate with product, pre-sales, legal, and finance teams, lead cross-functional deal shaping, and manage an active pipeline across multiple U.S. markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and shape large deals.

• Generate net-new business across USA through proactive outreach and key account targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for Ericsson MFS.

• Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
