Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
Proven track record closing high-value, multi-million-dollar deals.
Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across target market in USA and customer segments through proactive outreach and disciplined pipeline creation.
Drive consultative and solution selling by understanding customer needs and shaping value-led propositions.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate customer outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
