Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals with strategic partners.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop compelling business cases, and collaborate with internal teams to shape and win deals while maintaining a robust, forecasted pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital ecosystems
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and build strategic partnerships
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA and selected segments
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery
• Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for customers
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM forecasting accuracy
