• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience, with recent Mobile Financial Services/fintech exposure.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business in USA and target segments through proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and value narratives to articulate outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance to shape and win deals.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline, qualification, and CRM accuracy.
