Ericsson Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure.

Hybrid work with onsite three days a week at Plano, TX and other U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience.
• Experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Strong track record closing complex, high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments with proactive outreach.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover.
• Develop business cases and value narratives for executive buyers.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to win deals.
