Qualifications
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in a Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments organization.
- Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies; knowledge of regulatory environment.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and travel ~50%.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business across USA target market and customer segments; build disciplined pipeline.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
- Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals; articulate customer outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals; maintain CRM accuracy.
