Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business in North America for the Mobile Financial Services portfolio. You will open accounts, shape value-based propositions, and lead large, multi-stakeholder deals in a hybrid, onsite-friendly environment.

You will collaborate across product, pre-sales, delivery, and legal to close opportunities and accelerate revenue growth while traveling ~50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech with regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and craft value-based business cases.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business in USA and target segments through proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and delivery handover.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
