Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

The role centers on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals with executive stakeholders. You will build compelling business cases, manage multi‑million-dollar opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to shape and win deals.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in a Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments organization.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies, with knowledge of regulatory environments.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and drive multi-million-dollar deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA target markets and strategic accounts.
• Drive consultative, value-led propositions and shape Ericsson Mobile Financial Services offerings.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and commercial proposals that articulate customer outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy, and collaborate across product, pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal.
