Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operation. This on‑site role leads a team of 15–25 and oversees first, second, and third shifts to meet safety and production goals.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues, while upholding GMPs and sanitation standards. A hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
