Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily production, staffing, and shift assignments across first, second, and third shifts.

You will coach and develop a team of 15–25 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams. Base pay is $86k–$93k per year plus a 5% bonus, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; set clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance; address downtime and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
