Aspire Talent Solutions is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to ensure safe, high-quality production and achievement of goals.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce food safety and GMPs, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
