Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking Production Supervisors for a well-established bakery in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role oversees 15–25 production staff across first, second and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products and meet production goals.

You will coach and develop the team, monitor performance, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
