True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. Positions cover first, second, and third shifts with hands-on leadership over a team of 15–25 employees.

You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, ensure food safety and quality, and drive improvements across shifts. Growth opportunities exist within an established supervisory team, with competitive benefits and a 5% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Lead a team and manage production staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
