Zaddy Solutions is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first to third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products and meeting production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, maintain GMPs and food safety, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. A strong emphasis on communication and accountability is required, with growth opportunities

Formación

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
