MDS Staffing is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. The roles cover first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while achieving production goals.

This hands-on leadership opportunity sits within an established supervisory team and offers room for professional growth. Shift flexibility and strong coaching skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
