Lead a team of 15–25 production employees, coaching and developing staff while maintaining food safety, quality, and sanitation. This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and drive accountability.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
