Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Collections Advisor (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team. You’ll contact customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls and emails, monitor balances, and provide billing support with timely resolutions.

You’ll use Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and billing/collections software to keep records current and report progress. A strong communicator who can work independently or in a team will thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• B2B experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and billing/collections software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts via phone, email, and other outreach methods.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively help customers bring accounts up to date.
• Assist customers with billing and settlement questions and provide timely resolutions.
• Record payment activity and account updates in the systems and reports.
