Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• B2B collections experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and billing/collections software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, emails, and outreach.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts up to date.
• Assist with billing and settlement questions and provide timely resolution.
• Track account statuses and payment progress; report updates to the team.
• Collaborate with teammates on accounting-related tasks as needed.
• Manage priorities and balance multiple tasks to support team success.
• Keep customer records accurate and organized; process payments efficiently.
• Record payment activity and account updates in systems and reports.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
