Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Collections Advisor (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team in Cincinnati. You will contact customers to resolve past-due accounts and help find payment solutions.

You will monitor balances, answer billing questions, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with teammates. Expect hourly pay with a monthly incentive opportunity based on results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• B2B collections experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and billing/collections software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teammates and support other accounting-related activities when needed.

What you'll bring

• Intermediate computer navigation and operation skills
