STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead controls across large aviation programs in multiple client offices nationwide. You will drive cost, schedule, risk, and performance management for airport expansions, baggage handling, and landside infrastructure.

This leadership role requires extensive experience in CPM scheduling, EVM, and governance, with a proven ability to manage teams, mentor professionals, and deliver executive reporting to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams on aviation/major infrastructure.
• Experience on airport terminal expansions and baggage handling systems.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk, forecasting, EVM, governance, reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project controls across large aviation programs from planning to closeout.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices.
• Advise project managers and executives on controls strategy.
• Develop cost, schedule, risk, forecasting performance plans.
• Mitigate project risks and performance challenges.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reporting.
• Perform EVM, variance analysis, and EAC forecasting.
• Review contractor payments and change orders.
• Develop CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead risk workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Build relationships with airport authorities and clients.
• Deliver executive-level controls reporting.
• Mentor project controls professionals and support hiring.
