STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead complex aviation programs across multiple client locations in the United States. The role combines cost, schedule, risk, and performance management for large capital projects, with emphasis on governance and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project controls, 8+ years leading teams in aviation/infra, and strong expertise in Primavera P6 and EVM.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience supporting large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience managing project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience with complex aviation projects including airport terminals, baggage handling, landside facilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCP, PSP, CCM are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project controls functions across large aviation programs from planning through construction and closeout.
• Develop and implement project controls governance, standards, and best practices.
• Provide senior advisory support to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee cost management, scheduling, risk, forecasting, and performance management.
• Mentor and develop project controls professionals and contribute to business development.
