Job summary

STV seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls discipline for aviation capital programs across the Midwest and nationally. This leadership role will oversee cost management, scheduling, risk, forecasting, change management, reporting, and analytics, coordinating with airport authorities, owners, designers, contractors, and program management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; multiple disciplines acceptable.
• 10+ years of progressive project controls experience in infrastructure and capital programs.
• Minimum 5 years supporting aviation projects incl. airports, terminals, and related facilities.
• Experience across cost engineering, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change, EVM, and performance reporting; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across aviation infrastructure programs from planning to closeout.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures, governance, standards and best practices.
• Serve as primary liaison between project teams, clients, contractors, and executives.
• Provide strategic oversight of cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support program delivery teams in risk identification and mitigation.
