Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls practice across major aviation programs in multiple client offices in the United States.

You will guide cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on governance and performance analytics. The role demands strategic leadership, strong client relationships, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience on aviation projects: terminal expansions, airside improvements, baggage handling, landside facilities, airline support facilities, modernization.
• Extensive knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk management, change management, forecasting, EVM, governance, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across large aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Establish governance frameworks, procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Serve as primary advisor to project managers, executives, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated controls strategies for cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and performance challenges.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reporting; perform EVM analyses.
• Oversee CPM schedules in Primavera P6; monitor schedule risks and critical path.
• Lead risk management, change management, and claims avoidance efforts.
• Deliver executive-level project controls reporting and client reviews.
• Mentor and develop project controls staff; contribute to proposals and business development.
