Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls team across major aviation programs in multiple U.S. client offices.

You will shape governance, drive cost and schedule discipline, and serve as the primary controls advisor to project managers, executives, and stakeholders. You will develop integrated strategies covering cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance management, while identifying risks and leading proactive mitigation actions to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams in aviation or major infra.
• Experience on airport programs (terminal expansions, baggage handling, landside facilities).
• Expertise in cost engineering, scheduling, risk, forecasting, EVM, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across large aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Advise project managers and executives on project controls.
• Develop integrated strategies for cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance challenges; drive mitigations.
• Oversee CPM schedules, navigate schedule risks and recoveries.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses and cost reports.
• Review contractor payments, change orders and cost proposals.
• Support governance, reporting and executive decision-making.
• Mentor controls professionals and support business development in aviation.
