STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls team across major aviation programs in the United States.

This role focuses on strategic cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk, and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery of airport and aviation infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in aviation project controls, strong leadership, client-facing skills, and a track record of developing governance frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams on aviation or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with airport terminals, baggage handling, landside facilities, and modernization programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead project controls functions across large aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Develop integrated cost, schedule, risk, forecasting and performance management strategies.
• Oversee CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and monitor critical paths.
• Provide executive-level project controls reporting and governance.
