Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for large aviation programs across the United States. You will oversee cost management, scheduling, risk management, change control, and performance reporting from planning through closeout.

In this leadership role, you will develop governance frameworks, mentor teams of schedulers and cost engineers, manage client relationships, and drive business development within STV's aviation practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience managing project controls teams in aviation/transportation/infrastructure.
• Experience with major aviation projects (terminals, airfields, baggage handling, landside facilities).
• Extensive knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk management, change management, forecasting, EVM, governance, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for project controls across large aviation programs from planning to closeout.
• Develop governance frameworks, procedures, standards, and best practices for project controls.
• Serve as the primary adviser to project managers, executives, clients, and stakeholders on controls.
• Lead cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change management activities.
• Develop and monitor integrated master schedules and KPIs; manage client communications and reporting.
