Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for major aviation programs across multiple U.S. client locations.

You will oversee cost management, scheduling, risk, forecasting, and performance reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and clients. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of project controls experience and strong leadership, with expertise in Primavera P6 and EVM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams on aviation or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with aviation programs including airport terminals, baggage handling, landside facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across large-scale aviation programs from planning to closeout.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Advise project managers, executives, clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, EV, risk, change, and performance reporting.
• Oversee CPM schedules and KPI dashboards; ensure schedule integrity and recovery plans.
