STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for large aviation programs across multiple U.S. client offices.

You will drive cost and schedule management, risk assessment, forecasting, and performance reporting while mentoring teams and supporting business growth in STV's aviation practice. The role requires extensive experience in CPM scheduling (Primavera P6), EVM, and governance, with strong leadership and client-facing skills to manage major capital programs and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience leading project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting complex aviation projects including airport terminals, airfield/runway improvements, baggage handling, landside facilities, airline support facilities, and modernization programs.
• Extensive knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk management, change management, forecasting, EVM, program controls governance, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Lead project controls functions across large-scale aviation programs from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop integrated project controls strategies for cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reports; review change orders and cost proposals.
• Oversee CPM schedules, monitor critical paths, schedule risks, and recovery plans using Primavera P6.
• Guide risk identification, mitigation planning, and risk registers; support change management processes.
