STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls practice across major aviation programs, including cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. This role partners with project teams and clients to establish governance, develop integrated controls strategies, and drive performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cost engineering, CPM scheduling (Primavera P6), EVM, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience leading project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure.
• Experience with cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk, forecasting, and EVM.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for project controls across aviation programs.
• Develop integrated project controls strategies for cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance.
• Oversee CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and monitor contractor schedules.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and change management processes.
• Deliver executive-level project controls reporting and governance.
