Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Audio Visual Sr Client Solutions Manager to lead strategic client accounts and ensure high-quality execution across large-scale events. The role blends relationship management with rigorous project and financial oversight, requiring cross-functional coordination and innovative problem-solving.

This exempt position supports the AV Sales Group under Growth (Sales) and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and show site presence 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related AV sales, AV account management, or AV project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee account transitions, scope, budgets, and communications throughout the event lifecycle.
• Lead complex events from planning through execution on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects.
• Develop and manage event budgets, pricing, estimates, and forecasting for profitability.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, contracts, and expense records.
