Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience accepted.
• 5+ years in AV sales, AV account management, or AV project management.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google, Microsoft and related software tools.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring exceptional experiences.
• Oversee account transitions, project scope, budgets, and client communications throughout events.
• Lead complex events from planning through execution, within time, scope and objectives.
