Job summary

The Freeman Company in Orlando, FL is seeking an Audio Visual Sr Client Solutions Manager to lead strategic client accounts and ensure successful delivery of service plans for high-value clients on complex events.

This exempt role guides transitions from Business Development to Operations, oversees budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, travels to show sites as needed, and contributes to profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV sales, account management, or project management experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
• Ability to learn and use internal and external systems (CRM, budgeting, project tracking).
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, as the primary contact and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Lead complex events from planning through execution, on time and within scope.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans; coordinate across internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and manage event budgets, pricing, estimates, and forecasting for profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of AV tech and company products; ensure successful technical execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and expense records.
